The Digital Solutions & Analytics implementation department is responsible for the configuration and delivery of our Crew and Ops management products to airline customers and to make sure that we deliver solutions that our customers truly need and that creates value in their organization. This is an opportunity to be part of a skilled team of specialists that solve some of the most challenging optimization problems in the world, value diversity and learn from each other. As a Crew Resource System Specialist, you will: • work closely with our clients to ensure that they are using Our Planning in the best possible way, including assisted planning and coaching • identify enhancements of the current installation of our Planning • handling client expectations and building long-term customer relations We are looking for team members with expertise in software development and user experience as well as showing strong communication and co-operation skills. Interest and expertise in solving problems and being solution oriented is highly valuable in the role. For this position it is vital that you are passionate about learning the airline business and that you see yourself contributing in teamwork, workshops and communicating with different stakeholders as part of the requirements gathering and implementation process. Necessary qualifications • Ability to speak and write English fluently Preferred qualifications: • MSc or BSc in Engineering Mathematics, Engineering Physics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent Programming experience • Python, Shell scripting • Experience working within an agile team • Experience from facing end users to enable configuration of software. • Ability to speak additional languages fluently Additional traits: • Problem solving, using programming • Programming skills - yes • Team work interest • Experience from working with end users and/or with advanced implementation / configuration of standard software • Airline and specifically Crew or Operations planning experience We put great emphasis on your personal characteristics.
