As a Training Content Manager you will work in a dynamic and agile cross-functional team to support the deployment of our Digital Health Products (web portals, mobile application and devices) Jobs to be done can include: Be part of a Content Management Team, managing trainings and user guides for all releases of the product: 1. To lead, manage and develop the training strategy of Unify for end users GST, CRA’s, Sites, Patients and Support team 2. To continuously evaluate current training strategy and work closely with other members of the onboarding team to understand issues and areas for improvement with the goal of continual improvement to better meet the needs of end users and study teams. 3. To work closely with other members of the study onboarding team and external and internal Global study team customers to understand training requirements needed for the onboarding of a study and develop a timeline for production of all end user training GST, CRA, Sites, Patients, Support team. 4. To proactively manage new study training development and implementation including training communications. Ensuring training development and approval of content to meet EC & Go live timelines for all end users (GST,CRA’s, Sites, Patients and Support team) for new studies, working closely with the onboarding team members to meet study requirements. 5. To ensure study specific Patient Unify training is developed and approved prior to submission to translation and work closely with Content Team to ensure translation timelines are met for Patient training submission to ethics. 6. To evaluate the impact on training for current and new studies during Unify new releases and change requests. Update training templates, current study training content, lead the roll out of training updates aligned with release including communications. 7. To work closely with the implementation team to proactively plan ahead the training strategy and content development for new features and capabilities of Unify 8. To work with SME’s and onboarding team members to develop effective and practical training to meet the needs of the end users for Devices, Home Supply, Sample Collection, eConsent, RPM and eCOA. 9. To manage the training library of content including translations ensuring all content in updated as required and ready for use. 10. To manage the relationship with Red Nucleus and lead any training projects required including budget & time management 11. Support the onboarding training of new teams members to the onboarding team, including the development & management of a training guidance document. Required skills & experience. • Experience in delivering training experiences and materials for digital products, apps and websites • (Training best practices, development and Training strategy experience • Digital training implementation • Project management • Proactive approach and long term visioning • Leadership experience • Communication skills • Experience/ knowledge in clinical trial process and GCP • Experience with Microsoft tools, Teams and other commonly used tools • Effective team working • Global experience Desired skills & experience • Clinical Trial background • Presentation skills Education/Experience: At least 5 years of hands on experience as Training Manager for digital products or solutions Additional information specifically for this job request Please note this NOT a marketing or content/copy creation role.
