We are looking for PLM Business Analyst to support our R&D and Manufacturing Engineering departments with digital solutions within the PLM domain. You will act as the bridge between the business units and our digital organization safeguarding that the business processes are correctly translated into requirements and state of the art solutions. This requires the ability to have a holistic view, strong communication skills as well as an analytical and problem-solving mind set. Main responsibilities As a PLM Business Analyst, you will collaborate with business stakeholders within the R&D and Manufacturing Engineering organizations as well as technical teams in Digital to add value through digital capabilities and solutions that meet and exceed the business expectations. You will provide daily operations to deliver solutions to business problems and engage with digital leaders to perform platform governance. Responsibilities include: - Working with key business partners to define improvements in the areas of efficiency, quality, cost and information security - Evaluate business issues, their impact, and propose solutions to solve or work around the problems - Issue service requests to our partners for changes aligning to the business strategy - Define business requirements and partake in detailed design with the technical team - Provide 2/3 level support for any incidents connected to the PLM platform - Maximize value by identifying additional business outcomes the platform allows - Partake in the technical governance board for the PLM platform This role will reside within the Digital Platforms organization and report to the head of Digital Platforms.You need to have strong analytical and problem solving skills, business insight, customer focus as well as the ability to manage multiple activities on a daily basis. Requirements and personal qualities We assume that you are a collaborative person used to working in a team where you strive to strive towards the same goal. You have - • • Preferably has a Bachelor´s Degree • • Strong English communication skills both in writing and verbal • • 5+ years of experience in information technology or a business function related to PLM. • • Experience in the automotive domain • • Experience from working with PLM applications such as Teamcenter Unified Architecture • • Experience from working with CAD tools such as Catia V5 and or NX • • Experience of documenting processes • • Experience from working cross-functional and through all levels of the organization • • Experience of agile work methodologies along with tools like Jira is beneficial
