Assignment Description To our clients organization which is responsible for the development of embedded software, we are looking for a Software Engineer with leader skills. It’s an role where you will have the responsibility to lead and plan the software development work for a team of engineers within embedded connectivity on both daily and mid-term basis. The team deliveries are to be coordinated towards backend, product development projects and updates for products in field and running production. The tasks also includes technical leadership within software field with good opportunities to have a great influence on the software solutions in the area of IoT/Connectivity. Our client believe it’s important that you’re a non-prestigious team player with people skills, who likes to take responsibility and enjoy dynamic and challenging projects   Examples of work tasks Embedded software development Team leadership   Required skills or techniques (must have) B.Sc or M.Sc. or equivalent degree in relevant field. Experience from software development in C/C++ for embedded systems. Practical experience from agile development methods. Merit Documented experience in leadership
