Beskrivning: For This requsition the candidate selection process has now been updated to be ongoing. As part of the centralisation of our recruiting organisation (TA) we have been reviewing all aspects of staffing and recruitment to ensure we can meet the growing needs of the business. The Global Staffing Plan & Framework is a priority initiative that will plan, review and improve our collective staffing needs for ingka including; contingent labour, seasonal, and permanent hires. We are implementing regional staffing programs and we need senior project leaders who has global implementation experience in the staffing program implementation area. It is also important that project leaders has an experience in Vendor Management System implementation. To be able to roll out the program in stipulated time frame, we have defined a project organization to cover pre-implementation and implementation phases of the roll out. Senior project management capabilities Staffing program knowledge (MSP is a must). Operational experience of inhouse MSP is beneficial Experience in Global MSP implementation Experience in stakeholder management Experience in pre-implementation process for countries (mapping out current and to be processes) Experience in working with program communication plans to stakeholders. Excellent knowledge in powerpoint and excel Strong communicator and have in depth experience in stakeholder management Good analytical skills and detail & delivery oriented Strong team player Kravspecifikation: Responsibilities Responsible for regional staffing program (MSP and RPO) pre-implementation activities (stakeholder management, communication, data collection) Responsible for regional staffing program implementation project timelines together with Global, country CoE’s (SME's) and chosen Program supplier Daily management of deadlines and issue resolution Facilitation of supplier and team status meetings, maintenance and distribution of project tracking and status documentation Prepare stakeholder project, change management & communication plan with global, country program CoE’s and global communication Maintains a high-level awareness of People & Culture (HR) and purchasing practices Assists Global Program Lead with the development and maintenance of regional staffing program implementation methodology Collaboration with country CoE’s and business leaders and program supplier, making sure everyone is aligned and follow the staffing frameworks (strategic staffing programs) guidelines Interface with country CoE’s to ensure ongoing improvements align with process & technology eco system, project manage system validation testing  Co-operate with Group Recruitment & Sourcing SME’s on global practices for inclusion in regional implementation Ensure Staffing Program RACI scope is followed for Ingka & Supplier stakeholders Manage system readiness, data/workers & supplier set-up collaboration with country CoE’s and make sure country legislations is followed Co-create training material with country CoE’s, coordination, scheduling of training sessions together with country CoE’s
