The project will implement ServiceNow for HR Service Management in about 16 countries around the globe, covering close to 100 000 employees and consultants. As a chief project manager you lead this team from Gothenburg, secure excellent cooperation with the team from the implementation partner in a multinational environment. The Companie team is mainly located in Poland and France and the implementation partner team in the UK and Sweden. Competences required: Project Management – experience from working with large and complex projects with great results, in an international environment both from a project team perspective as well as stakeholder and implementation perspective. Change management and communication – solid understanding of the need for change management when implementing a new solution in a global context. Great communication skills and the ability to communicate with different levels of stakeholders. HR domain knowledge – understanding of HR service management is not required, but a definite plus. Technical – experience and understanding of SaaS solutions is required to make sure planning of project activities are done correctly, to be able to have detailed and educated discussions with our implementation partner and also to be able to discuss and reason with project stakeholders in terms of change management, platform capabilities and constraints etc.
