We are applying agile methodologies like SAFe and Scrum to continuously deliver new software releases in program increments and are working closely with our business partners to deploy those innovative product features to patients and healthcare professionals in clinical studies. ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Study Data Analyst for our study delivery teams as part of our large IT transformation initiative. The study data analyst supports the wider study deployment teams and shared services to bring. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with many different colleagues around the globe. As our colleague we are expecting a humble, structured, self-sufficient and social person to join our team. Key accountabilities include: • Conduct in-depth analysis of structured and unstructured data using analytical techniques. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable recommendations for studies. • Bridge knowledge gap from study report needs and core capabilities • Ensure quality in reports through documentation • Report facilitation per request • Responsibilities outside of the above will occur with time and are to be expected to be included in everyday tasks within the study delivery teams SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field. • Proven technical experience (<2 years) • Experience with API, data analytics and information models • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as needed • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to multitask, work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
