Job Summary As a Business Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the implementation and integration of Fieldglass into other cloud based systems like successfactors including taking on the challenge to expand the Fieldglass scope to other entities / new business areas. You will work closely with the business stakeholders, and IT team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the clients' needs and expectations. You will also oversee the project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and quality throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Understand the complex and extended environments of the clients and their business processes related to Fieldglass. • Prioritize and commit to bring value to the tool by aligning the project objectives with the clients' strategic goals. • Dig into specific issues, such as process gaps, configuration, integration, reporting and provide effective solutions with the collaboration of the IT team and Fieldglass experts. • Act as a bridge between the business and IT, ensuring clear and consistent communication and documentation of the project requirements, status, and deliverables. • Demonstrate a can-fix-this-anyhow attitude and a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the project outcomes. Qualifications and Skills • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field. • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the field of vendor management, procurement, or human resources. • Experience in implementing and integrating Fieldglass or similar cloud-based vendor management systems. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, and Visio. • PMP or other project management certification is a plus. Business Consultant contribute to projects or programs primarily with process and/or functional skills, often connected to IT solutions and Process & IT implementation. Business Consulting encompasses in all project phases from pre-studies to implementation of change and provide process and/or functional expertise and best practice.On Professional level applies practical knowledge typically obtained through education and work experience. May require the following proficiency: Works independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
