Short description: Assist GTT-CDO with pre-studies and preparation of complex cross topics. Target is to identify stakeholders, content and compile a summary/advise of the Why, What, Who and HowToContinue. Guard rails: Total 800h 2024 that can be ordered 80h at the time, several consultants are allowed to work based on competence for the concerned area. Purpose: RFP for services to assist GTT – CDO in the assignment “Accelerate CDO Investigations” General Background: To assist CDO with investigations and point out a direction for future work. Scope: 10 investigations, estimated time per investigation is 60-80 man hours. In some cases investigations may consume less hours, e.g. if the investigated need is not relevant. For each investigation, the following activities will be performed: Confirmation of needs and if they are relevant or not Investigation and analysis (e.g. by interviews, root cause analyses, etc.) Preparation of decision material and recommendation on next step
