CMS engineer
We are looking for a CMS engineer with an eager-to-learn, proactive mindset, to reinforce our Content Management Support Team. This team is dedicated to support the Unify programme, delivering a headless CMS service that focuses on content creation, distribution, and management. Our primary tool is Contentstack, a leading SaaS solution that publishes new content across various digital platforms. The CMS Engineers will be working in a cross-functional environment with developers, business analysts, QA´s and other CMS Engineers. Key accountabilities include: • Work with technical support tickets and problem-solving issues within study specific configurations in the CMS • Running and troubleshooting pipelines. • Contribute to the prioritized onboarding and configuration of new clinical studies • Decommission of our former CMS. • Collaboration with cross-functional teams at Evinova to streamline processes and working methods SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Essential requirements: • Previous experience working with technical customer support and training in an international environment. • Working with support systems such as Jira Service management or Service Now • Prior experience with Content Management Systems, especially ContentStack, is an advantage. • Basic programming skills, especially in Javascript, Typescript, or Python even though programming is not an activity performed by CMS Engineers • Familiarity with cloud platforms, notably AWS and Azure. • Proficiency in standard formats like JSON and YAML.  Desirable: • Understanding of service management principles • Experience in the medical therapeutics field, with an understanding of relevant guidelines and regulations, such as GxP.
