The team is now looking to expand with one more developer with focus on UI/UX/Accessibility to strenghten the collaboration between design and development. Work tasks such as: -Take responsibility for the greater whole of the mobile app UI development. -Further develop our existing embryo of a UI component library. -Gather and/or create development guidelines for UI/UX/Accessibility and educate developers in these areas. -Participate in workshops regarding UI/UX/Accessibility to support requirement engineering, test and other parts of the product development. Required skills & experience • TypeScript • React or React Native • Education or experience working with design Desired skills & experience • UI component library maintenance • Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 and its levels • Native mobile development (iOS/Android) • UI Design • Multi-locale support, including right-to-left languages such as Hebrew, Arabic etc We don't expect anyone to have all of the desired points but you should have some of them. Education/Experience • 3 years+ of relevant Software Engineering experience Person • Creative problem solver - can tackle unique problems where there's not a clear solution in sight from the beginning • Driven and good at working autonomously • Curious and with broad knowledge, know little about a lot of things rather then a lot on very specific subjects • Humble • Studious • Social & communicative • Leadership material
