The Jamf Administrator is responsible for developing and managing the Jamf environment within the organization. They have a deep understanding of application packaging and deployment processes, aiming to support the organization with appropriate packaging solutions and following best practices. Responsibilities and Duties:  Monitor, handle, and follow up on support case in ITSM tool.  Deploying, configuring, and managing Apple devices using Jamf Pro.  Staying up to date with the latest Apple technologies and Jamf Pro features.  Deep knowledge about the JAMF tool for day-to-day operations, client development and service offerings.  Certificate and Package Management: You create and update certificates and packages within the Jamf Software Server (both production and development environments).  2 Third-Party Application Maintenance: You ensure that third-party applications are up-to-date on the backend. Qualifications:  Technical Knowledge  Technical knowledge and experience with Apple devices, operating systems, and applications.  Good knowledge of the Jamf Pro management platform and its capabilities.  Good knowledge of Microsoft Technologies such as Active Directory (AD), Azure Active Directory (AAD), DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Objects (GPO).  Good knowledge about the JAMF to be able to manage operating system and application deployment, patch management and scripting.  Good knowledge of network authentication (802.1x) using certificates   Communication and way of working  Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.  Work closely with end users to understand problems and needs.  Work closely with our IT teams and our customers to understand new needs.  Communicate effectively to align goals with organizational objectives.  Knowledge of an agile way of working.  Knowledge of using tools such as Jira, Azure Boards etc.  Knowledge of ITIL (foundation)   Relevant certifications  Jamf Certified Tech (JCT).  Jamf 200
