The role is focused on documenting the requirements new business processes and applications/tooling to support that process. The scope also includes working with external parties define data integrations and flows and implementing resulting applications and tools in the organisation.  There is also a need to produce training and guidance for application usage. The role will require leading discussions with the team members and stakeholders, workshops, ideation sessions etc to establish organisational needs and capabilities.   Overview of responsibilities • Support research and discovery of value and benefits • Creating accurate requirements documentation with key stakeholders • Defining business processes and documenting those  • Work with Architecture and engineering, external and internal to define integrations • Support testing and verification of resulting product Required skills & experience.  •  • Track record of requirements management within complex environments • Experience of agile and traditional development methodologies • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills  • Knowledge of best practices within requirements management • Extensive experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)  • Extensive experience with various requirement management tools • Working within GxP compliance standards   Desired skills & experience  • Logistics and distribution     Education/Experience: • Business Analysis certification from IIBA, PMI, BCS, or similar • Excellent verbal and written English • An agile certification of some sort • Educational background in computer science, or similar     Location: Sweden or UK Language: Fluent English
