In this role you will be responsible for providing technical leadership for development of our mobile app and web solutions. This is a hands-on but also a strategic role which works closely with product, design, engineering and regulatory to design, build and launch patient centric digital experiences. You can have earned your knowledge within test, as a developer or been working as an architect.  Overview of responsibilities • Leading the delivery of software solutions aligned to regulatory requirements, product roadmaps and goals • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, testers, design and business analyst • Prepare and lead PI planning and scrum activities • Ensure collaboration between several other engineering teams • Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure they are met with the software solution • Assist tribe lead with recruitment of new team members • Run team building workshops and activities    Required skills & experience.  • Confirmed experience of leading people • Significant experience of using Agile approaches (SAFE & Scrum) • In-depth knowledge of building frontend solutions and platforms • 5+ years hands-on experience as a software engineer   Desired skills & experience  • Experience in modern front-end frameworks building mobile app and web applications • React/React Native, Regulatory knowledge, i.e GxP, SaMD validation or similar • Scrum master / Agile coach Certification        Education/Experience: • More than 5+ years of team lead / project leader • More than 5+ years of Software development experience     Additional information specifically for this job request We consider it fundamental that you, as a person: • are humble • work in a structured manner and care for high quality • are driven, pro-active and able to work autonomous when needed • have good social and communication skills    Location: Gothenburg, 3 days at the office Language: Fluent English, Swedish is a plus
