We are seeking an experienced AI Strategist for a short term assignment based in Gothenburg, Sweden. The consultant will play a critical role in assessing current AI capabilities, developing a strategic AI vision, and creating a detailed roadmap to drive innovation, efficiency, and cost reduction. The assignment would include the following activities: 1. Assessment and Analysis: Evaluate existing technology infrastructure, data assets, and AI capabilities Identify key areas where AI can add significant value, including opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, drive sales and services as well as foster innovation. 2. Strategy Development: - Develop a clear AI vision and strategy that aligns with overall business objectives. - Establish specific, measurable goals for AI initiatives, both for the short term and long term, to ensure alignment with business goals. 3. Roadmap Creation: - Create a comprehensive AI implementation roadmap, detailing key projects, timelines, resources, and milestones. - Identify and recommend the necessary resources, including budget, personnel, and technology, required to successfully execute the AI strategy. 4. Collaboration and Leadership: - Collaborate with various functions to ensure AI efforts are cohesive, integrated, and aligned with the organization's overall strategy. -Support functions in AI adoption, notably in Copilot and other modern AI tools. Qualifications: - Proven experience in AI strategy development and implementation. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and optimize technology infrastructure and data assets. - Experience in creating detailed strategic roadmaps and aligning AI initiatives with business objectives. - Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions. - Availability to be based in Gothenburg, Sweden, for the duration of the assignment.
