You will be part of the Device/Logistics team, within the COO organization that consists of many cross-functional and self-organized/managed teams having the people, skills, and resources to deliver their part of the deployment of clinical trials. We honor diversity and collaboration. Job description We are currently looking for a dedicated and highly organized Medical Device Coordinator for our Clinical Trial Vendor team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of medical device usage in clinical trials. They will play an essential role in ensuring the seamless integration of medical devices into our clinical trial processes, while adhering to regulatory compliance and quality standards. Overview of responsibilitiesThe Device coordinator will play an essential role in managing the portfolio of Medical/provisioned devices on behalf of our clinical clients. Working closely with internal teams of the Implementation Team, Study Deployment, Commercialand Procurement. Owning the study-relationship with our partner vendors who source, store, configure, distribute,and manage the E2E Devices, acting as the Device representative for the clinical studyin all areas reporting into the Director, Device Logistics & Supply Required skills & experience. • Supply Chain Management • Customs/Import experience • Excellent Communication Skills • Project Management Exposure • ERP/WMS experience • Understanding of Supply Chain planning • Understanding of Medical Device validation/calibration requirements • Clinical Trial Experience Required skills & experience • SOP Writing • Program Management experience • Project Management Qualification • Experience of working in a FTSE 500 company Desired skills & experience • Vendor Relationship Management • IMP Drug Supply Experience • Project Management Qualification • Lease Management experience • APICS • Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt Education/Experience: • Bachelor’s degree Educated, preferably Supply Chain/Logistics adjacent. • 4 years work experience in a medical device/clinical environment Additional information specifically for this job request Typically, these colleagues will be on a transactional level, coordinating the activities of Device purchasing, distribution and collection from sites. Location:Canada, Europe and Mexico, 100% remote Language:Fluent English
