Job description We are looking for a senior IT project manager to join the Product Delivery Excellence team. We are transforming our Product and delivery to Customers and need a dedicated project manager that will work in the role of a Delivery lead, continuously delivering improvements and change initiatives that makes our Product market leading. In collaboration with internal stakeholders, customers, product, design and engineering teams your responsibility is to plan and run continuous change initiatives within our Product. You will set up a plan, form the team, specify the needs and operate a change initiative according to plan. About the Team You will be part of the Product delivery excellence team which works with Delivery management and also large change initiatives. For your initiatives you will set up teams with resources from engineering, product, design and study delivery to maximize the outcome and benefits of the initiatives. Overview of responsibilities • Manage and coordinate change initiatives that are part of transforming our product into a market-leading vendor of digital solutions for clinical trials including planning, milestones and dependency tracking as well as risk and change management. • Build and manage effective relationships with senior business stakeholders and liaise with the wider organization, steering committees and stakeholders to communicate status, escalate issues, manage risks and coordinate dependencies • Leading the product, design, study delivery and technical expertise resources connected to the change initiative • Define and drive programme improvement initiatives to simplify processes and ways of working Required skills & experience. • Significant proven relevant experience as a senior IT project manager in a complex regulated multi-national environment • Strong experience working in a global organization as well as managing and leading global, geographically dispersed project teams and stakeholders • Proven experience in leading digitalization projects • Strong experience as a leader on different tiers in a global company • Experience in Change Management • Self-driven and used to navigate in a every changing environment Desired skills & experience • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (SAFe & Scrum) ITIL, ideation & experience design • Project management tools like Jira, Confluence and SNOW • Experience from pharma companies and/or working with clinical studies Education/Experience • Master's degree (business or technical degree) • Minimum 15 years of work experience Location: Gothenburg minimum 3 days at the office
