In this role, you will join an engineering team and contribute with senior knowledge within the full stack development including both front and backend but the focus will be on backend though. You have great knowledge within database modelling preferable document databases such as MongoDB. Other important technology areas are NodeJS, Express, REST API, Kafka, ReactJS, Java, Kubernetes, Playwright and Jira. Overview of responsibilities You will contribute and develop our web application functionality for patients participating in clinical studies. You need to have senior knowledge with building web based SaaS solutions on a micro service architecture. You will mentor junior team members and contribute to technical decision-making within the team. You will also participate in code reviews and continue to build our automated test environment. You will be driving the team effort to produce high quality code nurturing a culture of peer-coding, automated testing and continuous improvements. You will be the primary voice of the team in meetings regarding technology. Required skills & experience. • Excellent programmer (in languages like TypeScript, Java or C++) • Database modelling • Building Web applications • Understanding micro service architecture • Eager to learn new things • Fast learner Desired skills & experience • Nodejs • Kubernetes • AWS • Kafka • Java • Rest API • Experience with Clinical Studies and Med Tech Education/Experience Education: Relevant University education Experience: Minimum 10 years Location: Gothenburg, 3 days at the office
