We are looking for a senior Scrum Master. We are organized according to SAFe and want to build empowered self-organizing teams that act proactively, take responsibility and strive to build a great product for the end customer.  We believe you have a very good practical and theoretical knowledge of agile principles. You have skills in servant leadership, communication and collaboration. You have the ability to lead teams, motivate and create confidence, and make things happen. You are engaged with a curious, open-minded and positive approach. You like structure and have things organized with focus on deliveries and speed/flow.  Responsibility  • Working as a dedicated Scrum Master with up to two teams in Scaled Agile environment  • Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on refinement and maintaining the product backlog, handling dependencies  • Assisting with internal and external communication within entire development organisation  • Supporting RTE in driving improvement initiatives within ART  • Bridging communications between the team(s) and all the external parties  • Guiding the teams on how to evolve in Scaled Agile environment  • Guiding the teams on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values  • Guiding the teams to strive to be a high performance team with focus on deliveries and speed /flow.  • Removing impediments and/or guiding the teams to remove impediments  • Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution  • Improving transparency both in and out of the team.  Qualifications  • We are looking for you who have B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Electronics, Computer science or equivalent work experience.  • We believe you have a very good practical and theoretical knowledge of agile principles.  • You have skills in servant leadership, communication and collaboration.  • You have the ability to lead teams, motivate and create confidence, and make things happen.  • You are engaged with a curious, open-minded and positive approach.    --
