We are looking for a person who has; Experience of working in agile scrum teams as well as in waterfall projects Team player and a person who is driven, strong communication & collaboration skills, a BA who is curious and asks the right questions, likes to learn new stuff & improve/create ways of working Use to & like to lead meetings/workshops with key stakeholders in a global arena Stakeholder management – building and improving relationships with key stakeholder Business analysis: requirements gathering, analysis, validating, documenting requirements Data flow creation & business process creation (AS-IS, TO-BE processes) Experience of IT projects where solution contained automation, ML learning & AI and complex systems integrations landscape Experience in Pharma industry with GxP & regulatory requirements Experience of IT projects delivering solutions for clinical studies and biosamples management Experience working in globally dispersed virtual teams including significant vendor engagement Strong communication skills desired (English is our standard language both verbally and in writing) Bonus if you have some experiance of: JIRA & confluence MIRO (or similiar) Visio (or similiar)
