We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join the Sales Operations Team to cope with the increased demand for remote teaching we have been seeing in the last months. As a result of the huge growth Soundtrap for Education has been going through, we need extra support to handle orders, legal review requests and moderate messages we receive from our customers. Some examples of the tasks that you will take care of: - Make sure that all Purchase Order info is provided before sent for processing - Forward quote requests to the appropriate sales team - in our CRM, sending order activation/ confirmation and updating deal information. - Setting up new account IDs. - Email support with new and renewal customers. Who you are You have worked in a SaaS company as a sales administrator for at least 2-3 years. The person we would like to add to the team is familiar with the Google Suite tools (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheet, Google Doc) and with Slack. You are able to use several systems at once. You are process oriented and process driven; You are detailed, precise, willing to learn quickly new processes and to provide feedback on existing ones to improve them and make them more agile. You are open and ready to handle many customers requests per day. Ideally we are looking for someone who is not planning to take vacations in June-July-August-September since we would like to focus on training/onboarding in June and then one of our two sales admins will be on vacation in July. Then in August and September we will be in the peak sales season with thousands of orders and we will need all hands on deck. But if you are planning a couple of non-consecutive weeks vacations in August/September we will make it work. Language requirements: Work proficiency in English Language (written and spoken) is a requirement. Bonus points Previous experience with a SaaS company in the K12 Education sector. Work proficiency in Swedish Language An interest in music. No need to be Beethoven or Freddie Mercury but it's cool if you play an instrument or have experience in recording or creating music using other DAW software (like Ableton or GarageBand).
