We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join the Sales Operations Team to cope with the increased demand for remote teaching we have been seeing in the last months. As a result of the huge growth Soundtrap for Education has been going through, we need extra support to handle orders, legal review requests and moderate messages we receive from our customers.
Some examples of the tasks that you will take care of:
- Make sure that all Purchase Order info is provided before sent for processing
- Forward quote requests to the appropriate sales team
- in our CRM, sending order activation/ confirmation and updating deal information.
- Setting up new account IDs.
- Email support with new and renewal customers.

You are process oriented and process driven; You are detailed, precise, willing to learn quickly new processes and to provide feedback on existing ones to improve them and make them more agile.

Ideally we are looking for someone who is not planning to take vacations in June-July-August-September since we would like to focus on training/onboarding in June and then one of our two sales admins will be on vacation in July. Then in August and September we will be in the peak sales season with thousands of orders and we will need all hands on deck.
But if you are planning a couple of non-consecutive weeks vacations in August/September we will make it work.
