You will lead a team that is implementing and maintaining our financial SaaS solutions. Our current SaaS landscape consists of Netsuite, Coupa, Concur, Blackline and Fastpath. You will be responsible for supporting the growth of SaaS experts in the team, building a strong culture and facilitating delivery. We will rely on you to work with your team on practices, execution and to coordinate with other teams. As a lead for financial systems a proven background in ERP implementations is a must, so that you’re able to provide guidance as well as challenge and grow your team members. You will be accountable for the delivery and work with your team on strategy and execution and have the opportunity to influence our culture. What you'll do You will lead a team of SaaS experts that implements and maintains our financial SaaS systems (Netsuite, Coupa, Concur, Blackline, Fastpath). Enable and drive the team to deliver first class support to our finance stakeholders. Facilitate planning and daily operations and collect and present metrics on team efficiency and throughput. Work closely with your team and external stakeholders to enable sustainable and timely delivery of solutions to address business needs. Advocate and advance modern and agile practices. You will work with the leadership to define big picture vision and long term strategy. You will be based in or close to CET time zone Who you are You are well versed in the financial domain especially in the field of accounting. You have a proven record of leading teams and have a passion for people management. You love developing, coaching and growing people across different subject areas and crafts. You have led complex financial system implementations including analysis of requirements and scoping and know what it takes to deliver high-quality solutions with the team. You are adept at using agile methodologies for product development. If you have experience working with ITGCs, SOX and control environments that is a plus.
