Join the team to become a part of our exciting journey towards bringing the power of mobile apps to the fingertips of our employees. The position is within the Digital Workplace Products area, focusing on products designed to make daily work easier and more efficient. Main responsibilities • Foster communication and collaboration between the stakeholders, product owner, tech lead, architects, developers, and designers. • Work in close collaboration with the product owner to ensure that both parties have the same knowledge and can answer the development team’s & the tech leads questions. • Point of contact in dialogues with stakeholders as well with other product teams involved in the initiative. • Understand drivers behind business requirements and translate the analysis into detailed requirements such as: epics, features, stories, acceptance criteria, DoD, and DoR. • Prepare, facilitate and be a key participant in the agile ceremonies, for example PI planning and sprint planning. • Supporting refinement of the product backlog and ensuring that the right information is available to the development team in the right level of detail at the right time. Personal requirements • Deep knowledge and experience in requirements gathering, understanding customer needs, and converting them to agile features and user stories. • Experience in mobile app development and design. • Experience of working with Scrum and SAFE, writing features and user stories. • Excellent documentation and communication skills. • Experience in Service Management and Operations Management Competences: HW Development.Processes.Requirements management Business processes.ISIT.Mobile applications development projects Business processes.Project & Programme mgmt.Methods_Scrum Business processes.Project & Programme mgmt.Methods_SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
