Your responsibilities will be supporting and coaching the agile team and working on building an open, honest, and collaborative mindset. Supporting and coaching Scrum Masters from other agile teams Driving tactical, consistent team-level improvement as part of the scrum process. Schedule and facilitate sprint meetings, such as planning, retrospectives, and daily stand ups. Working with team members and their department managers to identify training requirements and schedule training events Facilitating internal communication and effective collaboration between team-members Being the point of contact for external communications from customers and internal stakeholders Collaborating with the team Product Owner to manage backlogs and new requests to maximize business value Supporting the team's development by giving feedback to team members and identify competence development needs Assisting with identifying and removing impediments for the agile team Selecting tool, framework, and methodologies for team-level activities, within established guidelines Facilitating efforts of large and complex features that may involve integrating multiple teams. Acting as a subject matter expert to develop and refine the Production team’s agile way of working. scope of work. qualifications. We believe you have:  Several years of experience in a scrum master/senior scrum master role Expert knowledge of agile methodology Familiarity with software development Great knowledge of scrum techniques and artifacts BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or similar field, or equivalent experience As a Senior Scrum Master you have excellent leadership and communications skills combined with a coaching mindset. You take experiences from previous different situations and teams to develop working methods and collaboration. Through an ability to facilitate change and create self-organizing teams, the Senior Scrum Master contributes to great business value for our customers.
