The Digital Legal team is responsible for building and supporting digital solutions for contract management, data privacy and business partner due diligence.
We work jointly with the Legal department and the Commerce department to develop state of the art digital solutions with high degree of automation, to support legal and business processes.
The current focus is on Consent Management processes, to enable the marketing teams with the highest degree of reach and response, while preserving and respecting the privacy and data protection of our customer.
We are looking for a driven Solution Architect to strengthen our team of Business Analysts, to work with the technical direction and requirements and to ensure we building long-lasting, robust and scalable solutions.
You will own the technical and architectural decisions for the product team, valuing simplicity and willing to challenge technical constraints and procedures .
You will also ensure that solutions meet business needs and are compatible with existing architectures. Within the Data Privacy domain our technical infrastructure is dominated by OneTrust, MuleSoft Anypoint integration platform on the backend and AWS cloud services such as AWS Lambda and AWS DynamoDB, on the customer facing side. The solution architect will be engaged in the design, development and maintenance of all data privacy related integrations across the Enterprise, such as connecting with end user data collection points, CRM applications while leveraging integration platform.
You will work closely with the Legal team, architects, and middleware teams to ensuring a successful solution, i.e. securing different stakeholder requirements into the solutions and implementations. Main Responsibilities Liaison with key business stakeholders to develop sustainable and privacy-protecting solutions for new development initiatives and continuous improvements. Serve as a subject matter expert for technical solutions. Drive and support design, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Data Privacy solutions. Provide documentation for each phase of the development life cycle.
Provide documentation and/or specifications for each phase of the development life cycle. Own and ensure integration development, monitoring, bug fixes and support. Collaborate and coordinate with enterprise and solution architects across all business domains in general and with legal and enterprise architectures in particular to ensure cross-platform sustainable solutions. Engage in requirements gathering, build and testing of integrations at all stages of the development process. Regularly perform system audits to ensure the efficiency of processes and data integrity and perform data analytics and planning as per best practices.
Deliveries Complete architecture and documented solution for the Consent Management delivery integrating collection points, OneTrust and SalesForce. Integrating and branding of OneTrust preference center in MyStar (Customer Self-service interface). Data Subject Rights request process – Technical solution, integrations and related documentation. Competence Specification Good understanding of data flows, data security and integration design. Ability to anticipate, draw conclusions, and adapt to changing needs as well as engage with business.
Proficient in agile methodologies and tools. Driven and self-motivated with a focus on results and strong sense of accountability. Excellent team player with good organizational, communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Master verbal and written communication in English on a professional level, and prio work experience in an international context. Prior experience from working with data privacy or data security focused projects. Prior experience from working with Amazon SQS. Prior experience from the automotive industry is a plus.
