You will be working in an ambitious team within the Life Science area developing a software backend platform to assist doctors and improve patients’ lives. The team of ~60 engineers, split in squads, works in a global environment using DevOps and Agile principles and follows Software as a Medical device regulations. So far, there is one major solution (Unify) built on top of the platform to support clinical studies. The development of Unify follows SAFe and is done in a strong collaboration with the platform team. As the number of solutions built on the platform is increasing there is a growing need to have a separate planning in addition to the common planning with Unify. We are now looking for an IT PM/RTE, working closely with the platform owner, product manager, IT quality manager and release manager, to help and work with the activities from planning to release. This includes hand-on deliveries as well as supporting the team to be successful. Skills: + 5 years of relevant experience in successfully leading/supporting teams to achieve results Pragmatic approach on how to adapt process and ways-of-working Ability to build strong relationships with team members and business stakeholders Excellent communications skills (written & verbal) Software engineering skills, typically a background as a software engineer Experience with the full software development lifecycle of Agile IT projects Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence Regulatory knowledge, i.e GxP, SaMD validation or similar Responsibilities: Clarify ways-of-working and responsibilities and continuously look for improvements Plan, prepare and drive the periodic planning, retrospective, and demo sessions Help manage risks and dependencies Support and coach the squads Set-up tools and processes to follow-up progress and status Report on overall progress and status Manage RAID logs Overall responsibility for making sure that the needed documentation is created
