The primary cloud platform is AWS and serverless, where they develop and run their in-house applications. They need now a Solution Architect to join their team. Here they also create business logic and flows when establishing business processes and capabilities using bought commercial Software Products where Mulesoft acts as an integration layer. Approaching a new challenge and finding the best solution requires a good methodology. Analyzing the big picture, understanding the business, and collaborating with other roles when crafting a solution are key elements for a Solution Architect. Are you an experienced Solution Architect who can guide and coach others in arriving at the best solution? And can you make the entire organization work in concert? About the role: You need to have a strong will to drive the process of finding the best digital solutions for the company and continuously improve their ways of working. The role requires that you have solid experience and a leadership proclivity. You will drive the competency group and be responsible for onboarding and coaching solution architects. At the same time, you will actively work as a solution architect, supporting several product areas and domains. To succeed in this role, you can easily communicate with peers globally; primarily in Sweden, China and USA. At the company, you will be part of a cross-functional and international team, with English as a natural language for written and spoken communication. Since company’s in a scale-up phase you thrive by working in a fast-paced environment. The company often develop differentiating capabilities in-house, but their system landscape also includes many commercial products like Salesforce, SAP, etc. Regardless of technology and the inner workings of commercial products, they ensure they follow their core principles when interacting in the system landscape. They have a capability-centric view of their system landscape; one capability can be delivered from a combination of multiple systems. Each system must have a clear boundary definition and be possible to be replaced as the landscape is changing. The company is treading uncharted grounds and therefore speed; agility and flexibility are key. Decoupling and autonomy are important, their strategy is to make use of serverless and fully managed services in an eventdriven microservice architecture without taking on responsibility for infrastructure. Their technical development makes use of .NET Core, Node.js, Typescript, React.js, GraphQL.
